II. Core Principles
- Monastic Focus: Deep work is my superpower. I am committed to pushing myself to the limits, working on what truly matters every waking hour.
- Digital Asceticism: I treat my attention as a precious resource. I limit my engagement with digital distractions, becoming a digital ghost, only surfacing when necessary.
- Physical Prowess: My body is the vessel for my mind. I strengthen it through regular weight training, fueling my focus with music, and tracking my progress with dedicated apps.
- Self-Reflective Solitude: Regular personal 1:1s fuel my self-awareness. I commit to daily introspective walks to assess my mental state and strategize for the future.
- Restorative Rest: Sleep is my shield against fatigue. I prioritize quality sleep, ensuring that I retreat for rest by 23:00 each night.
